1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, contacting Praesto Domains, submitting an inquiry, making an offer, or purchasing a domain name, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or purchase domains through Praesto Domains.

2. Domain Name Sales

Praesto Domains specializes in the sale of premium domain names. Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, all sales include the domain name only.

Due to the digital nature of domain names and the ownership transfer process, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted after a completed domain transfer.

3. Domain History & Prior Use

Praesto Domains makes reasonable efforts to understand the history, prior ownership, prior use, and general background of domains offered for sale.

However, we do not guarantee any details related to historical use, prior ownership, previous content, SEO performance, search engine treatment, backlinks, traffic history, trademark status, reputation, penalties, monetization history, or any other historical characteristic of a domain.

Domains are sold “as-is” and “as available.” Buyers are encouraged to complete their own due diligence before purchasing a domain name.

4. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for confirming that a domain is suitable for their intended use before purchase.

• Legal review
• Historical website review
• SEO and backlink review
• Search engine indexing review
• Branding and business suitability

Purchasing a domain does not guarantee search rankings, website traffic, revenue, brand success, trademark availability, social media handle availability, or future business performance.

5. No Included Website, Email, or Digital Assets

Unless explicitly stated in writing, domain purchases include the domain name only.

The following items are not included with a domain purchase:

• Website files or website designs
• Web hosting services
• Email setup or configuration
• Google Workspace or Microsoft email accounts
• DNS configuration or management
• Existing website content
• Google Analytics accounts or historical data
• Google Search Console accounts
• Advertising accounts
• Social media accounts
• Logos, trademarks, graphics, branding, or other intellectual property
• Mobile applications or software

7. Currency & International Transactions

All domain prices listed by Praesto Domains are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

For international buyers or transactions involving another currency, Escrow.com or the payment provider may convert the transaction amount into the buyer’s local currency based on exchange rates, fees, and policies outside of our control.

Praesto Domains does not control exchange rates, currency conversion fees, banking fees, taxes, or fluctuations in international currency values.

8. Transfer Timing

Domain transfer timing may vary based on registrar policies, escrow processing, payment clearance, buyer response time, domain lock status, and other third-party requirements.

Praesto Domains will make reasonable efforts to complete transfers promptly after payment and transaction requirements are satisfied.

9. Trade Proposals & Alternative Transactions

Praesto Domains may consider certain alternative purchase structures, including the possibility of real estate, business assets, vehicles, collectibles, or other property trades in exchange for premium domains on a case-by-case basis.

Submission of a trade proposal does not guarantee acceptance. All proposals are reviewed individually and may require additional valuation, due diligence, legal documentation, or third-party involvement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praesto Domains shall not be liable for lost profits, loss of business opportunities, SEO issues, search engine penalties, historical domain-related issues, technical configuration problems, third-party delays, indirect damages, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

Praesto Domains’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the domain purchase.

11. Additional Services Available

In addition to premium domain sales, Praesto Domains may offer additional digital and branding services. These services are quoted separately and are not included in domain purchases unless specifically agreed to in writing.

12. Changes To These Terms
